Rockabilly Foldover Tag Kit

Another Rockabilly file by Ephemoire is the Foldover Tag Kit.

I used one of the papers from the paper set and created my own  pocket folder to pop them in.
A piece of lace from my stash and a lovely pocket folder for one of my journals, or as a gift.

Until next time, keep chasing white unicorns!

Rockabilly Swimsuit Tags

Have you seen the Rockabilly files over at Ephemoire?

They are so very retro and so much fun.
This first lot are the Swimsuit tags! I fell in love with these tags the moment I saw them and just had to go and buy them to have a play.

I could see them on the hangers of a bridal party dresses, or just as cool on the straw of a cocktail!

Until next time, keep chasing white unicorns!

Gecko Galz Monthly Image Challenge

Gecko Galz Monthly Image Challenge for this month had me thinking of wine!

I added her to my Coffee Stained signatures I am using for the monthly challenges.
I googled for some fun wine sayings and this one was perfect! I used one of my gel pens and wrote it in.
Time is short for me at the moment, so this is perfect for me to do something quickly but still be creative.

Until next time, keep chasing white unicorns!

Gecko Galz Christmas Challenge

Here's  a tag I made using the image for the Christmas Challenge over at Gecko Galz.

Firstly I sized and printed off the image to suit the tag I am using.
I adhered to the front of the tag and then used my gel pens and sharpies to add some colour.
This reminded me of some old photo's from my mum's wedding day that looked like someone had just added some splashes of colour to it.
Hasn't technology come a long long way!
All it needed then was some ribbon and it's all ready to put on a gift bag come Christmas time.

Until next time, keep chasing white unicorns!

Never More Designs Gothic Challenge

This month's Challenge Image over at Never More Designs Gothic Image Challenge is a  little bit different this month.....

So much you could do with this girl.
I decided to make a cover for my black work diary - very appropriate I would think!

I used some cardstock and dies in my stash to create my tag and background.
I then fussy cut my girl and glued on top after adding a little bit of black lace to the loop.
Lastly, I created a little dangle clip that can be removed and put on next years diary or another journal, etc.

Until next time, keep chasing white unicorns!

Gecko Galz Steampunk Challenge

I made a tag with this month's Steampunk image for the Challenge.

I ended up with a small bottle of Bronze ink/paint? in one of the crafty Mystery Boxes I bought so decided the time was right to try it. And of course now that I've tried and like it, I don't know where to get it so will look into that again to find out.

So I printed my image for the month and then grabbed the paintbrush and marked the edges of the image.

I then painted some wooden cogs I have from a mystery box from Uniquely Creative - yes, I love mystery boxes - some are way better then others, but that's part of the mystery right!
Anyway, I then was thinking my tag would now be pretty boring, so I painted it too......and because I had everything out, yep, painted my seam binding ribbon too!

Can I just say, I love everything about this tag - even the fact that I should have been studying not crafting! I think I can do a bit of crafting on the weekends seeing as I work and study all week!

Until next time, keep chasing white unicorns!
